The Legal Stuff You Must Agree To: 

Event sponsors have made every effort to make this event a safe and productive gathering. By attending you acknowledge and agree to the following: 

COVID-19: The event is face mask optional. Complementary face masks will be provided. While many attendees are fully vaccinated for COVID-19, in person event participation includes possible exposure to and risk of infection from COVID-19. Do NOT attend if you are sick or within the past 10 days have experienced any symptoms associated with COVID-19, including fever, cough, and shortness of breath. 

FOOD & DRINK: The event may include alcoholic beverages and you must be 21+ to consume alcohol. Attendees acknowledge that they are aware of the risks of participation including food sickness and allergic reactions. 

PHOTOGRAPHY: Photography may be taken during the event by sponsors and attendees. Photos of the event and attendees may be used in marketing, publicity, and social media. 

WAIVER OF LIABILITY: By attending the event, and in light of the above, you acknowledge the inherent risks of participation and agree to voluntarily assume all risks. You agree not to hold any event sponsors or attendees liable for any illness or injury that may occur. Any reliance you place on the information, products, or services provided is strictly at your own risk. You agree that sponsors and attendees are not liable for any decisions made or actions taken in reliance on information provided. 

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION Full advance payment is required for the discounted price. Please note that reimbursements for cancellations or no-shows will not be given so be absolutely sure you're attending when you book.

*GIFT CARDS: Merchandise will not be delivered or mailed. Merchandise purchased with a gift card must be picked-up at an event.
